Once the shipment for your product is created, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking ID that will help you keep track of the delivery status of your order. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which means that your order has started being processes. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us at info@paintedhillscanada.com

Once your order is placed, we do our best to arrange the shipment immediately. However, if you write to us at info@paintedhillscanada.com or sales@paintedhillscanada.com within 24 hours of placing your order, we will try our best to help you out. 

As long as the items have no visible sign of wear or use, we accept returns made within 30 days of your purchase date. We will be happy to arrange a full refund of your payment to your original form of payment. To initiate a refund, please write to us at  info@paintedhillscanada.com
