Once the shipment for your product is created, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking ID that will help you keep track of the delivery status of your order.

If your order does not arrive on time, we ask that you kindly allow 4 extra business days as some packages may become delayed while in transit. If your order still has not arrived, please reach out to us at info@paintedhillscanada.com, so we can make it right.

Although the standard delivery time can range from 5-7 days, please note that this estimated time may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other external factors outside of the control of Painted Hills.

No, we do not currently accept debit cards. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Yes, absolutely! All our leather products are made of genuine leather that have been produced with respect for the environment, through a completely metal-free ecological tanning, thus ensuring a natural product that does not pollute and provides a high level of safety of use!

The nephrite Jade used in our Jade Face Rollers, Jade Turtle Pendants, and Jade Heart Earrings is sourced straight from the mines in British Columbia. We work with a very reliable supplier in BC and hence, we can definitely vouch for the authenticity of the nephrite Jade used in our Jade products.
